The rollout, unveiled by GFI CEO Eric Vaughan at the ZEBR.AI Roadshow in Prague, targets more than 30,000 organizations that prioritize data sovereignty and regulatory compliance by hosting their own mail infrastructure. Unlike competitors such as Microsoft 365 Copilot or Gmail’s Gemini, which require cloud migration, the new feature operates within existing on-premises or private server environments.
Once enabled by an administrator, the AI processes incoming messages to filter newsletters and routine notifications into secondary folders. For communications requiring action, the system generates draft responses in the user’s tone and provides context for its decision-making. The assistant is compatible with the KerioConnect web interface, desktop clients, and Microsoft Outlook. The service is available immediately for customers running version 10.0.9-10757 or later, with a 30-day trial accessible directly through the administration console.
