The lawsuit, filed by the Rosen Law Firm, alleges that Aardvark’s registration statement and subsequent public disclosures contained materially false information. According to the complaint, the company failed to disclose that ARD-101 posed greater safety risks than previously represented, leading to an overstatement of the drug's clinical and regulatory prospects. Investors claim these omissions caused financial damages once the true scope of the product's risks surfaced.
Those who acquired common stock traceable to the company's February 2025 IPO or purchased securities during the defined class period may be entitled to compensation. While a lawsuit has been initiated, no class has yet been certified. Investors currently have the option to retain their own counsel, remain absent class members, or move the court to serve as a lead representative in the litigation.
