Envalior Targets Data Center Infrastructure at Fakuma 2026

As AI workloads force data centers toward 800V DC architectures, Envalior is debuting a specialized material toolkit at Fakuma 2026 in Friedrichshafen. The company’s lineup focuses on high-voltage connectors, arc-quenching switchgear, and advanced cooling components designed to withstand the thermal and electrical stresses of modern computing environments.

The shift toward higher power density and rising operating temperatures has elevated the importance of materials in maintaining infrastructure uptime. Envalior is positioning its portfolio—including Stanyl PA46, Xytron PPS, and Pocan PBT—as a "reliability backbone" for hardware suppliers. These materials are engineered to address the specific challenges of DC-ready arc quenching and high-voltage stability, which become increasingly volatile when transitioning from AC to 800V DC power systems.

Beyond raw materials, the company is leveraging its 360 Innovation Services to assist manufacturers in scaling production for rapid data center deployments. By integrating CAE modeling, AI-powered design tools, and sustainability consulting, Envalior aims to shorten time-to-market cycles. Visitors can examine these applications, including ultrathin fan stator insulation and corrosion-resistant liquid cooling components, at Hall B4, stand 4302, through October 16.
