Hoffman Family of Companies Consolidates Atlanta Operations

The open house at 3871 Lakefield Drive served as a showcase for Hoffman Building Technologies (HBT) and its sister firms—Hoffman & Hoffman, Hoffman Mechanical Solutions, and Hoffman Hydronics. Previously operating from separate locations, the companies now share a single facility to foster closer collaboration. Attendees spent the day participating in professional development sessions and exploring integrated building automation solutions alongside 25 manufacturing partners.

Andrew Segal, regional sales manager for Georgia and Alabama, noted that gathering the firm's network in one room was the intended catalyst for this transition. The consolidation supports an aggressive expansion strategy, with HBT targeting 25% annual growth through 2030 across its 14-office footprint. As an employee-owned firm, HBT continues to focus on mission-critical environments, including data centers and life sciences facilities, while leveraging the combined expertise of the broader Hoffman group.
