The executive shift marks a pivotal organizational restructuring for the Seoul-based company. By consolidating domestic and international sales under the new Go-to-Market Center, CEO Jun-oh Yoon aims to replace the firm’s historically gradual expansion model with a standardized, data-driven approach to product positioning and global launches. Bae brings two decades of expertise in AI and digital strategy, having previously spearheaded business transformations across 30 countries during her tenure at Bain & Company and Deloitte.
Bae’s integration completes a revamped leadership triumvirate, joining CEO Yoon, a veteran of Samsung’s M&A strategy, and CTO Taek-Soo Kim, a Stanford-educated specialist formerly with Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology. The company currently generates approximately 76% of its revenue from international markets through its portfolio of energy-based devices, including the Shurink Universe and Volnewmer systems. Bae’s immediate agenda involves on-the-ground assessments of key territories to refine the customer experience and sharpen the company's competitive edge in the global medical aesthetics sector.
