The CF Connect PLUS platform integrates point-of-use water data directly into building automation systems using native BACnet/IP connectivity. By linking touchless faucets and temperature-sensing adapters to a central gateway, the system enables automated hygiene flushing and continuous performance monitoring. Commercial Product Manager Greg Hunt noted that this approach shifts water management from a standalone plumbing concern into a fully integrated component of a building's broader automation strategy.
Alongside digital connectivity, the company is targeting facility maintenance efficiency with the E-Tronic 80 SoapBank. This centralized dispensing system utilizes a 13-liter reservoir to supply up to four dispensers from a single refill point. Designed specifically for high-traffic environments like airports and stadiums, the system aims to reduce the labor required for daily restroom servicing. Chicago Faucets will showcase both solutions at booth 708 and host an innovation theater presentation on October 12 to detail the practical application of these tools for plumbing specifiers.
