By leveraging Indesso’s market knowledge, Kemin intends to provide more immediate access to its specialized ingredient portfolio, which focuses on extending product lifecycles and maintaining sensory quality. LiewGin Lim, President of Kemin Food Technologies – Asia, noted that the collaboration seeks to address emerging food security and quality demands within the Indonesian market.
This expansion aligns with Kemin’s broader strategy of utilizing localized scientific support to drive market penetration. The company’s Customer Laboratory Services will play a critical role in this arrangement, offering Indonesian manufacturers tailored research to accelerate product development. With this agreement, Kemin continues its push to scale its specialty ingredient operations, which currently span over 120 countries and support diverse sectors including human health, nutrition, and food technology.
