The integration functions through a single vendor token, allowing inspection data—such as unit condition, appliance status, and pet-related fees—to flow automatically from AppWork into Rely’s audit environment. This bypasses the traditional reliance on fragmented spreadsheets and disorganized vendor files, consolidating information into a unified data room. Rely then processes this field data alongside lease records, rent rolls, and financial documents to generate comprehensive audit reports in minutes rather than weeks.
George Matelich, CEO of Rely, noted that the collaboration ensures due diligence is built on verified, on-site observations rather than re-keyed manual entries. For AppWork, the partnership leverages the high volume of weekly technician inspections to provide immediate value during property transitions. The integration is available at no extra cost to mutual clients and supports the full asset lifecycle, including acquisitions, ownership transitions, and ongoing compliance reporting.
