Webull Faces Securities Investigation After House Committee Report

Shares of Webull Corporation plummeted nearly 20% on October 7, 2026, following a bipartisan House Select Committee report that scrutinized the company’s ties to China. The sudden market reaction wiped out investor confidence just weeks after the firm reported record quarterly revenue of $198.8 million, prompting a formal investigation by Levi & Korsinsky.

The selloff, which saw the stock drop $1.43 to an opening price of $5.85, stems from congressional concerns regarding data security and the firm's operational structure. In a September 2025 filing, Webull management dismissed earlier committee inquiries as being based on inaccurate information. However, the latest findings have led analysts, including those at Siebert Financial, to suspend ratings due to mounting regulatory uncertainty.

Levi & Korsinsky is now examining whether Webull and its leadership issued misleading statements about its global technology infrastructure and China-related operations. The investigation centers on remarks made by the company dating back to December 2024. Investors who purchased BULL shares at allegedly inflated prices and subsequently suffered losses are encouraged to submit documentation, including trade confirmations and brokerage statements, for a potential recovery evaluation. Participation remains open to all shareholders who traded on U.S. exchanges, regardless of their country of residence, with cases typically handled on a contingency basis.
