The project encompasses a wide-reaching renovation of the Tupelo Operations Center and the downtown regional headquarters. At the operations site, improvements focus on employee retention and productivity, featuring a new fitness center, an updated health clinic, and an on-site café. Simultaneously, the downtown branch will undergo a structural refresh, incorporating modernized banking facilities, dedicated community meeting spaces, and expanded parking capacity.

Joseph Moss, Mississippi regional president for the bank, stated that the investment aims to strengthen the institution's local footprint while honoring the city's financial history. This effort is bolstered by state-level economic incentives provided through the Mississippi Development Authority. Tupelo Mayor Todd Jordan noted that the creation of the Huntington Bank Business Park is expected to act as a catalyst for further commercial growth within the local corridor. Renovations are currently in progress, with a phased completion schedule extending through mid-2027.
