TURBRO Launches Rotorua WH-34K Portable Water Heater for Off-Grid Use

For RV enthusiasts, pet owners, and farm operators, the challenge of finding hot water away from fixed plumbing is a constant hurdle. The new TURBRO Rotorua WH-34K aims to solve this by delivering 34,000 BTU of heating power through a battery-operated, propane-fueled system designed for total mobility.

Weighing 12.8 pounds, the unit eliminates the need for permanent water lines or AC power by utilizing a 5,200mAh rechargeable lithium battery to drive the pump and control systems. Users simply submerge the intake in a bucket or the included 40-liter storage bag, connect a propane cylinder, and adjust temperatures between 95°F and 122°F. A patented auto-restart function allows for water to be paused during tasks like washing gear or showering, resuming flow automatically without manual intervention.

The system targets a variety of outdoor applications, from rinsing livestock at stables and cleaning muddy pets in the backyard to washing dishes at remote campsites. Beyond heating, a cold-water mode serves for quick rinses, conserving fuel during extended trips. Charging options include USB-C PD and 12V DC, ensuring compatibility with standard RV and vehicle power setups. Safety remains a priority, with integrated sensors monitoring tilt, flame, exhaust, and temperature to ensure reliable operation in diverse outdoor environments.
