Reliance Debuts ClearVet to Automate Veterinary License Compliance

Animal health organizations are shifting away from manual, state-by-state record keeping with the launch of ClearVet. Developed by Wisconsin-based Reliance, the platform provides a centralized, automated system for verifying veterinary licenses across all 50 states and U.S. territories, replacing episodic checks with continuous, real-time status monitoring.

The service, which officially launched on September 11, allows companies to upload veterinarian rosters for daily tracking. If a license expires or undergoes a status change, the system issues immediate alerts to ensure continuous compliance. Beyond simple verification, the platform offers an API that enables businesses to integrate these automated checks directly into their existing internal workflows.

Isaac Clark, co-founder of ClearVet, noted that the industry standard has historically relied on single-point verification. By shifting to a model of constant oversight, the platform aims to mitigate risks associated with outdated credentials. This release builds on Reliance’s existing infrastructure in the animal health sector, where the firm currently manages data validation and electronic data interchange for manufacturers and distributors seeking to streamline supply chain operations.
