To sustain this momentum, the company is elevating two veteran executives to spearhead its next phase of national distribution and retail account management.

Scott Godwin, formerly Vice President of Strategic Accounts, moves into the role of Senior Vice President of Sales. Having been a central figure in the brand’s rapid rise, Godwin is tasked with overseeing the company's broader market strategy. Succeeding him is Tom Newlon, who steps in as Vice President of National Accounts. Newlon arrives with nearly 20 years of industry experience and will focus on managing the firm’s national retail footprint.

The Florida milestone marks a shift in the company’s operational tempo. Rather than a blanket rollout, the brand entered the state in October 2025 using a market-by-market approach, culminating in a partnership with Gold Coast Beverage Distributors for the Miami launch. CEO Adam Kroener emphasized that the leadership changes are designed to capitalize on this regional success, noting that the company’s growth relies on precise execution and personnel alignment rather than mere geographic volume.
