The acquisition allows XKIG to broaden its support for utilities and public agencies, particularly during high-stakes recovery efforts. ClearPath brings a suite of services, including debris management, heavy civil construction, and project management, which are designed to mobilize rapidly when severe weather or critical incidents occur. By joining the XKIG family, ClearPath gains the resources to scale its operations across a larger geographic footprint.
XKIG CEO Randolph Hoover noted that the merger strengthens the company’s ability to assist customers before, during, and after major events. Jason Fawcett, President of ClearPath, highlighted that the alignment of core values regarding execution and service makes the partnership a practical step for both organizations. ClearPath will maintain its focus on navigating complex government processes and public safety advisory, while leveraging XKIG’s national infrastructure platform to enhance its service delivery.
