The planned facility spans 32,500 square meters across three stories, designed to accommodate 1,600 students. Beyond standard classrooms, the campus will house specialized spaces for Career and Technical Education, science labs, and arts programs. The site plan also incorporates a library, gymnasium, cafeteria, and extensive outdoor athletic facilities including lighted baseball and softball diamonds alongside practice fields for football and soccer.

Construction is already underway at the site. The district expects to finalize the project by the fall of 2029, providing a modern hub for both academic and community services.
