Since H.I.G. Capital took a majority stake in early 2023, Pinalli expanded its retail network from 63 to 108 locations. The company also launched a private-label line and integrated digital-native brands into its e-commerce platform, which helped drive 2025 revenues to 197 million euros. With over one million loyalty program members, the brand has positioned itself as a central player in the Italian personal care market.
For Borletti Group, the acquisition aligns with its strategy of investing in retail and luxury consumer brands. Maurizio Borletti, founding partner of the investment group, confirmed plans to continue scaling the brand’s digital capabilities and physical store presence. Management, led by CEO Raffaele Rossetti, remains in place to oversee the transition as the company moves into its next phase of development.
