Founder David Goldstein argues that modern offices are not one-size-fits-all, requiring a departure from generic team building. The new programs segment employees based on their office habits to foster genuine engagement. "Workplaces aren't one-size-fits-all, so team building shouldn't be either," Goldstein said, noting that the goal is to shift staff from Slack channels into active, real-world cooperation.
The lineup features three distinct tracks. The reality-TV inspired "Friend or Foe" forces groups to navigate internal sabotage and trust-building exercises. For more digitally native teams, "Teams Gone Viral" utilizes AI-inspired challenges and competitive leaderboards to mimic the pace of social media trends. Finally, the "Alpine Charity Challenge" targets socially conscious groups, combining lodge-themed aesthetics with the assembly of winter care kits for the homeless. Each program is intended to translate these high-energy interactions into improved communication and morale for the workforce.
