Sikora arrives from Great Plains Communications, where he served as chief revenue officer and managed go-to-market strategies across 13 states. His background includes senior leadership tenures at industry stalwarts such as CenturyLink, Level 3 Communications, and TW Telecom. Van der Post noted that Sikora’s history of scaling residential fiber businesses and integrating infrastructure with customer experience makes him a strategic fit for the company’s ongoing transformation plans.

In his new capacity, Sikora aims to unify the company’s commercial teams to enhance service delivery for both residential and business segments. He holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from King’s College. WideOpenWest currently serves nearly two million customers across 20 markets, including Michigan, Alabama, and Florida, as it continues to shift its focus toward expanded fiber-rich network solutions.
