NWPX Infrastructure Appoints John Schillie to Lead Texas Operations

Schillie brings a background spanning infrastructure operations, technical sales, and manufacturing to his new role. His career, marked by a focus on lean manufacturing and workplace safety, includes experience in the mining and construction sectors. At NWPX Park, he is tasked with driving growth across the Houston, San Antonio, and Ferris sites, which specialize in water distribution, wastewater pretreatment, and stormwater quality systems.

Scott Montross, President and CEO of NWPX Infrastructure, noted that Schillie’s track record in building high-performing teams and maintaining commercial discipline aligns with the company’s goals. Schillie, who holds degrees in Mining Engineering and an MBA from Missouri University of Science and Technology, stated that he plans to leverage the company’s existing product portfolio to capture new opportunities in both traditional precast markets and specialized environmental services.
