The new clinic at 4210 82nd St. continues the expansion strategy established by founders Dr. Roy Winston and brothers Scott, Brock, and Todd Heckmann. Over the past twenty years, the company has avoided a single clinic closure, a performance metric that sets it apart in the medical aesthetics sector. CEO Scott Heckmann attributes this longevity to the initial premise of democratizing high-end dermatological treatments, moving them from exclusive boutique settings into more accessible, standardized environments.

Operations at the Lubbock site, as with all company locations, rely on a clinical staff of nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and registered nurses. Oversight is provided by a medical board of more than 25 board-certified dermatologists, directed by Chief Medical Officer Dr. Will Kirby. The clinic will offer the brand’s standard suite of services, ranging from laser hair removal and injectables like Botox to body contouring procedures including CoolSculpting and Thermage.
