The implementation integrates the full GWES suite, including the Performance+ toolset and the recently launched Report Studio. By adopting this technology, the trust company aims to reduce operational risk and enhance productivity across its fiduciary administration and private client services. Beyond core accounting, the firm is deploying Fi-Tek’s Unified Managed Account solution to support complex multi-manager strategies within single-account structures.

Kristie Barnett, Senior Vice President at Houston Trust, noted that the platform enables the firm to better address evolving client demands. Subir Chatterjee, President and CEO of Fi-Tek, characterized the partnership as a reflection of the firm's ongoing efforts to update system capabilities for changing market requirements. Founded in 1994, Houston Trust remains the largest private, independent trust company in Texas, serving approximately 350 global relationships with deep ties to the state.
