FirstService Residential Secures Management Contract for Sea Crest Resort

Sea Crest Oceanfront Resort, a destination known for its direct beach access and extensive amenities, will now operate under the management of FirstService Residential. The facility features dual oceanfront swimming pools, a fitness center with an integrated therapy pool, and on-site dining options including a beach bar. Michael Mendillo, president of the company’s East Region, noted the firm's focus on elevating the resident experience through tailored hospitality services.

Dennis Abbott, president at FirstService Residential, highlighted that the contract originated from a specific performance-based relationship. After the company managed a complex lagoon reparation project to the board's satisfaction, leadership opted to consolidate all management operations under the firm’s purview. The transition is part of a broader strategy by the parent company, FirstService Corporation, to scale its presence in the residential property sector across the United States and Canada.
