Peer recommendations accounted for 80% of the final scoring, with the remainder split between quality-of-care assessments and board certifications.

Rohrich’s dominance in the field is not new; he has held the top spot for rhinoplasty and facelift surgeries for six consecutive years since the rankings began in 2021. In addition to his four primary titles, he secured second-place rankings in breast augmentation and tummy tuck procedures. Beyond his clinical practice at the Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute, Rohrich remains a prominent academic voice, having authored over 1,000 peer-reviewed articles and eight textbooks throughout his career.
