Constellation Cold Logistics Names Abhy Maharaj as CEO

Since joining the firm in February 2025 as Chief Commercial Officer, Maharaj has spearheaded the company's integration efforts and market expansion. Board Chair Nils S. Andersen noted that Maharaj’s background in customer engagement and transformation makes him the logical choice to lead the next phase of growth. The incoming CEO previously held executive positions at NewCold Coöperatief and spent over a decade at the dairy giant Fonterra Cooperative Group.

Under Rodriguez, who led the company for four years, Constellation expanded its footprint to ten European countries, currently managing 1.2 million pallet positions. Rodriguez will now focus his efforts on the company’s M&A strategy from the Advisory Board. Maharaj intends to maintain the current growth trajectory, emphasizing automation and technology to streamline the European cold chain market.
