The training, hosted through the Temu Seller Academy, addresses a persistent friction point for small businesses: understanding local mandates for electronics, textiles, and toys. August sessions drew over 4,000 views, featuring deep dives into European toy safety standards and EU packaging regulations provided by specialists like SPEAC. These sessions move beyond theory, offering sellers practical guidance on risk mitigation and material selection.

This educational pivot follows more than 100 meetings Temu held with European trade associations and chambers of commerce throughout the first half of 2026. Data from these discussions highlighted the administrative burden of cross-border compliance as a primary hurdle for sellers. Beyond training, the company is integrating its infrastructure with over 200 ERP systems and 150 delivery providers to streamline operations. Temu has also formalized knowledge-sharing agreements with business networks in Slovenia, Portugal, Cyprus, and Switzerland to further entrench its presence in local commercial ecosystems.
