The testwork utilized proprietary flowsheet technology from Koch Technology Solutions to process pollucite concentrate, which assayed approximately 12% Cs2O. By employing highly selective media, the process targets a significant reduction in impurity removal stages, offering a more efficient alternative to conventional recovery methods. These results confirm the potential to produce a diverse range of marketable caesium end-products from the company's deposit.
PMET is now moving toward a proof-of-concept phase, which will involve creating marketable samples, such as caesium formate and caesium carbonate. This next stage will be supported by a larger supply of concentrate sourced from the ongoing BerryPick program. As the company evaluates the economic potential of its caesium resource, it aims to utilize these findings to inform future processing decisions and deepen its strategic partnerships within the industry.
