xTool Launches Atomm AI Suite to Bridge Gap Between Ideas and Fabrication

The updated platform functions as an end-to-end ecosystem, shifting away from standard AI image generation toward structural design. Users can now employ natural language prompts to generate production-ready files for laser cutting, engraving, and 3D printing. The software handles technical hurdles—such as joint calculations, board thickness compensation, and layering—that previously required significant design experience.

Core features include parametric modeling for structural items like storage boxes and an image processing module that converts photos into vector-ready line art or 3D models for engraving. The platform also integrates a mockup engine, allowing users to visualize projects on various materials before committing to physical production to minimize waste.

To support the platform's growth, xTool has launched a $1 Million Creator Program. This initiative provides revenue-sharing opportunities for developers and content creators, offering commissions of up to 30% on material sales and incentives based on tool usage. Currently, the Atomm community reports a monthly active user base of 320,000, with nearly 100,000 shared projects already hosted on the platform. The upgraded suite has been live since September 21, 2026.
