Ande Secures $52M to Automate Corporate Entertainment Spend

Companies hemorrhage an estimated $325 billion annually on client dinners and team outings, a sector plagued by manual spreadsheets and fractured booking tools. New York-based startup Ande is emerging from stealth to solve this, armed with $52 million in funding to build the first dedicated operating system for corporate entertainment.

The platform functions as an agentic network designed to streamline the entire lifecycle of corporate hospitality—from routing approval workflows and executing contracts to reconciling expenses. By providing a multiplayer workspace for office managers and executive assistants, Ande aims to eliminate the administrative friction that currently forces finance teams to juggle disparate credit card statements and consumer-facing booking apps.

More than 60 enterprises, including Salesforce, Cloudflare, and Monday.com, have already adopted the system, managing over $400 million in annual spend. Early users report cost savings between 12 and 15 percent. Beyond internal efficiency, the startup provides a bridge to 93,000 entertainment venues, including major hospitality groups like Nobu and The Mina Group, which previously lacked a centralized channel to reach corporate clients at scale.

CEO and co-founder Lohit Sarma spent two and a half years digitizing venue data and training AI models to handle the specific complexities of enterprise-grade bookings. Investors backing the startup include Lightspeed Venture Partners, Redpoint Ventures, Duration Ventures, and Sierra Ventures. For these firms, the bet is on capturing a massive, unmanaged expense category that has remained largely untouched by modern enterprise software.
