Charter Next Generation Appoints Todd Herndon as CFO

Herndon will oversee the company's financial organization, directing capital allocation and operating discipline. He joins the Executive Leadership Team and reports directly to Chairman and CEO Kathy Bolhous. Bolhous noted that Herndon’s history of strengthening corporate performance and managing growth aligns with the company's long-term objectives.

His career includes leadership tenures at Diversey, Gardner Denver, and Capital Safety, alongside early experience at S.C. Johnson & Son. Throughout his tenure, he has navigated partnerships with major private equity firms including KKR, Bain Capital, and CD&R. Herndon holds an MBA from Marquette University and a finance degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
