The Vancouver-based retailer will deploy the AI-driven platform to synchronize operations between its two distribution centers and its national store network. By integrating supply chain constraints directly into replenishment planning, the company expects to gain clearer visibility across its omnichannel footprint, which spans physical retail sites and digital storefronts.

Christian Trudel, vice president of inventory and merchandising operations at Best Buy Canada, noted that the move is a direct response to the demands of a competitive electronics sector where precision is required to meet customer expectations. RELEX, which currently supports over 600 global customers, provides the unified data foundation necessary for the retailer to scale its logistics and automate routine planning tasks.
