Rio de Janeiro hosts ROG.e 2026 energy festival

The four-day exhibition features 13 international pavilions and participation from more than 650 companies. Opening ceremonies drew high-profile attendees, including Mozambique President Daniel Chapo, Petrobras president Magda Chambriard, and IBP president Roberto Ardenghy. The event aims to solidify Brazil's standing as a central hub for sustainable energy development, moving beyond mere trade exhibition to include cultural programming and cross-industry networking.

To manage the influx of international stakeholders, organizers launched the Global Access Program. This initiative provides foreign delegations with specialized guidance and a dedicated meeting hub, the Global Lounge, to streamline project negotiations. The program schedule includes high-level insights from global leaders such as Shell CEO Wael Sawan, TotalEnergies CEO Patrick Pouyanné, and Equinor executive Phillipe Mathieu, who are set to address the intersection of technology and market expansion.
