Verisure hits half-million customer milestone in Italy

The Italian operation currently stands as one of the firm's largest and fastest-growing markets. To support this scale, Verisure has established the country's most extensive Alarm Receiving Centre and maintains a workforce of approximately 3,400 employees. During 2025 alone, the company’s security experts processed roughly 9 million alarms, resulting in 11,000 instances where onsite intervention was required.

Antonio Anguita, President of Southern Europe, Nordics & Latin America, attributed the achievement to the trust placed in the brand by local families and small businesses. This growth has been accompanied by repeated workplace recognition, including Top Employer Italy 2026 and Best Workplaces Italy 2026 certifications. Globally, Verisure now serves approximately 6.4 million customers, a figure CEO Austin Lally cites as evidence that the company’s service-heavy, technology-driven approach remains a potent driver of long-term expansion in underpenetrated markets.
