The lawsuit, spearheaded by the Rosen Law Firm, alleges that Microvast executives issued materially false or misleading statements throughout the defined class period. According to the complaint, the company failed to disclose critical operational challenges, specifically inventory management issues and customer delays in commercial vehicle rollouts. These oversights allegedly led the company to overstate its capacity to reach margin targets and complete the Huzhou Phase 3.2 expansion by the end of 2025.
Investors who incurred losses during this period may participate in the litigation without bearing out-of-pocket costs, as the case proceeds under a contingency fee arrangement. While a lawsuit has been filed, the court has not yet certified a class. Individuals may choose to retain their own counsel, remain as absent class members, or seek to lead the litigation. Those interested in serving as a lead plaintiff must move the court by the September 21 cutoff date.
