The accolade follows a comprehensive survey of millions of travelers who evaluated their experiences across international carriers and airports. Luis Gallego, CEO of International Airlines Group and Chairman of the oneworld Governing Board, accepted the award, noting that the recognition underscores the alliance’s focus on connectivity and passenger rewards.
Ole Orver, CEO of oneworld, attributed the win to the consistent service standards maintained by its 15 member airlines. From Alaska and American Airlines to Qatar Airways and Cathay Pacific, the group currently serves nearly 1,000 destinations. Orver highlighted that the alliance’s commitment to premium offerings, such as global First Class lounge access and unified loyalty benefits, remains a primary driver for customer satisfaction in an increasingly competitive aviation landscape.
