The new restaurant at 6650 Fruitville Road is the third location managed by franchise owner Karen Jordan, who currently operates sites in Bradenton and Parrish under Manasota Chick, LLC. The launch event serves as a platform to support the V Foundation for Cancer Research, with Vitale attending the ribbon-cutting ceremony to advocate for pediatric cancer initiatives.
Throughout the opening week, the restaurant will offer incentives to drive local engagement, including merchandise and free product rewards for the first 50 guests each day following the initial launch. Operations at the Sarasota location will run Monday through Saturday, 10:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., providing dine-in, patio seating, take-out, and catering services. This expansion aligns with the company’s broader growth strategy, which now encompasses over 345 locations across 27 states.
