At VulcanForms, he will oversee commercial strategy and market adoption, reporting to CEO Kevin Kassekert, who has been building the company’s leadership ranks since his 2024 arrival.
Kassekert emphasized that Hemenway’s ability to translate complex customer requirements into scalable commercial opportunities is vital for the company's next phase. For his part, Hemenway points to the integration of automated manufacturing and design as the primary driver for industrial transformation. VulcanForms, founded in 2015, currently operates production facilities in Devens and Newburyport, focusing on metal additive manufacturing and precision machining to serve high-stakes industrial markets.
