WISA Group Plc finalizes leadership team ahead of UPM demerger

Lasse von Hertzen, who previously served as the interim CFO, now joins the WISA Group Leadership Team officially. His appointment is the final piece in a planned transition that will see WISA operate as an independent entity. The company expects its shares to begin trading on the regulated market of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd on November 2, 2026, or shortly thereafter.

Alongside von Hertzen, the leadership team includes President and CEO Tuija Suur-Hamari, Pia Helminen, Saara-Maria Helminen, Kristiina Jaaranen, Susanna Rinne, and Juhani Tenhunen. These executives will remain in their current roles at UPM until the demerger is finalized.
