CINC Systems Appoints RealPage Veteran Mike Mauseth as President and COO

Mauseth officially stepped into the role on August 31, reporting directly to CEO Ryan Davis. His arrival coincides with a period of rapid expansion for the company, which recently reported its strongest second-quarter sales performance in history. The firm is currently pivoting from a phase of intense product development toward broader adoption and operational execution.

At the core of this transition is the company’s focus on Community Intelligence, an AI-driven framework powered by the Cephai engine. By unifying data, identity, and navigation across its platform, CINC aims to reduce friction for the 1,000-plus management companies it currently serves. Mauseth is tasked with aligning the engineering and product teams to ensure these technical capabilities translate into tangible efficiency for community association managers.

"The next chapter is about helping more clients adopt these tools and turn them into real capacity," Davis said. Mauseth, who was introduced to clients at the CINC Up 2026 conference in Chicago, noted that his priority is leveraging his background in property management software to scale the company’s financial infrastructure. He will focus on integrating these systems to help managers shift their energy from administrative tasks to high-level community leadership and relationship management.
