Robert Manley, a veteran principal at McKool Smith, has been inducted as a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. Robert Manley Joins International Academy of Trial Lawyers

The International Academy of Trial Lawyers maintains a rigorous membership cap of 500 active U.S. practitioners, selecting candidates through an exhaustive process of peer and judicial review. Manley’s inclusion follows his 2025 induction into the American College of Trial Lawyers, solidifying his standing among the elite of the American bar.

With over 33 years of courtroom experience, Manley has built a reputation for handling complex disputes ranging from securities fraud to fiduciary duty cases. His track record includes securing a landmark $1.4 billion settlement for the State of Texas against Meta Platforms in 2024, the largest such recovery in state history. Beyond his active practice, he contributes to the legal field as the Program Director of the Dallas Trial Program for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, focusing on the development of future courtroom advocates.
