Reporting to Paul McNamee and Bryce Johns, Oosthuizen is tasked with scaling the insurer’s embedded insurance capabilities and driving the next phase of its digital growth.
Gabriel Lazaro, who joined the firm in 2016, will focus on expanding Chubb’s footprint within technology companies and emerging ecosystems. His new role involves identifying growth opportunities across P&C and Life insurance sectors in both North America and overseas markets. Lazaro, formerly the Head of Digital Business for Overseas General Insurance, will report to McNamee and Oosthuizen, signaling a consolidated effort to integrate partnership strategies across the company’s global network.
