Keeper Security and SailPoint Align to Bridge Identity Governance Gaps

The disconnect between IGA platforms, which dictate access policy, and PAM solutions, which enforce it, has long created security vulnerabilities. Keeper’s 2026 research highlights the urgency of this issue: 96% of senior IT leaders report that fragmented security tools create exploitable gaps, while 64% lack fully consolidated privileged access governance. Previously, any change in user status required manual updates in the vault, a process prone to errors and dangerous delays in offboarding.

By connecting the Keeper SaaS Connector to SailPoint, organizations can now automate the provisioning and deprovisioning of vaults, roles, and administrative permissions. When SailPoint manages entitlements, the changes propagate automatically into Keeper, ensuring that access certifications reflect current, verified privileges. Crucially, this integration preserves Keeper's zero-knowledge architecture, as credentials remain protected and are never exposed to the governance platform during the synchronization process.

For federal agencies, the collaboration provides a direct path to meeting NIST Special Publication 800-53 Rev. 5 requirements. Because the system includes non-human identities and privileged credentials in scheduled audits, it offers a reconciled record that simplifies compliance.
