For commercial real estate, the company is deploying lease-embedded general liability coverage, allowing tenants to enroll directly through property management ledgers. Meanwhile, homeowners and condominium associations gain access to tailored liability and umbrella policies ranging from $1 million to $5 million. These offerings cover shared infrastructure, from common-area amenities to complex commercial risks, providing a streamlined alternative to navigating fractured insurance markets.
