Innventure Executives Named in Securities Class Action Over Data Center Deal

A securities class action filed in the Southern District of New York targets Innventure, Inc. CEO Gregory William Haskell and CFO David Yablunosky. The lawsuit, brought by Levi & Korsinsky, LLP, alleges the executives misled shareholders regarding a 300MW AI data center agreement that was ultimately removed from the company's internal bookings.

The litigation centers on a period between November 17, 2025, and August 13, 2026, during which Innventure repeatedly touted an agreement with DarkNX involving a NeuCool deployment. According to the complaint, these representations formed the basis for the company’s 2026 revenue and cash flow projections. However, on August 13, 2026, the company disclosed that the project site was unavailable and subsequently scrubbed the deal from its internal records.

Following these disclosures, Innventure shares plummeted 55%, shedding $1.98 in value on heavy trading volume. The lawsuit invokes Section 10(b) and Section 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act, asserting that Haskell and Yablunosky possessed the authority to oversee SEC filings and press releases but failed to ensure the accuracy of the statements regarding the Accelsius commercial prospects. Shareholders seeking to serve as lead plaintiff in the case must file their applications by October 27, 2026.
