The 300-acre property features a comprehensive overhaul of its golf infrastructure, including the re-routing of the Olivos course and extensive bunker and green upgrades across its 27 holes. Beyond the fairways, the developers introduced the Verde Wellness Center, which offers high-tech recovery treatments like infrared saunas and cold plunges, alongside a robust racquet sports complex featuring tennis, pickleball, and Padel courts.
A central component of the project is the Guesthouse Hotel, a 77-room boutique lodging that grants travelers full access to private club amenities. Complementing the stay are social spaces like the Swing Suite, a speakeasy-style lounge, and the Gather California Kitchen, which anchors the property's culinary offerings. According to partner Dave Likins, the renovation aims to match the evolving lifestyle of the San Diego community, prioritizing active, outdoor-focused recreation over the stuffy conventions of the past.
