This partnership expands the existing collaboration between the two companies, which previously introduced a disruption assistance tool that currently maintains a 9/10 customer satisfaction rating. By utilizing HTS’s AI-driven fintech products, Frontier aims to address common travel anxieties regarding pricing volatility and last-minute schedule changes. Bobby Schroeter, Chief Commercial Officer at Frontier, noted that the service is designed to simplify the booking experience by providing a straightforward exit strategy for passengers whose plans shift unexpectedly.
For HTS, the integration serves as a benchmark for how airlines can deploy automated, customer-centric technology to compete in a market that increasingly prioritizes flexibility. The system processes refunds directly to the original form of payment, removing much of the administrative friction typically associated with airline cancellations. This addition complements Frontier's broader strategy of modernizing its service offerings, which recently included the rollout of First Class seating and Starlink-powered inflight connectivity across its North American fleet.
