Dr. Sarah Savage, a former executive at Goldman Sachs and AQR Capital Management, will spearhead the firm’s presence in Dubai. Savage, who previously led the consultancy Ethoset, brings a background in psychological research and neuroscience to the team. She intends to help clients refine their intuition and conviction in an era increasingly dominated by automated trading systems.
In Athens, Constantine “CT” Theodossiou joins with two decades of experience from roles at Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan. He describes his objective as helping traders disentangle market intuition from personal emotion to achieve greater clarity. Rounding out the expansion is Larry McGonegal, a veteran of liquidity and risk management, who will operate from Greenwich, Connecticut. According to Shull, the appointments represent a push to bridge the gap between academic neuroscience and practical risk perception in global financial markets.
