The Las Vegas-based company, which trades under the ticker GPUS, reported holding 216.9480 Bitcoin valued at approximately $16.7 million, alongside $34.3 million in cash and restricted cash. Executive Chairman Milton "Todd" Ault III argued that this balance sheet strength provides significant flexibility for the ongoing transformation of the firm’s Michigan-based AI data center.
Management maintains that the current stock price does not adequately reflect the combination of these financial resources and the company's existing infrastructure. Looking ahead, Hyperscale Data plans to divest its subsidiary, Ault Capital Group, in 2027. This move is intended to sharpen the firm’s focus on high-performance computing services and digital asset management, effectively pivoting the business model toward a pure-play data center operator.
