Frost & Sullivan has awarded Singtel the 2026 APAC Company of the Year title, citing the carrier's success in scaling 5G infrastructure into a secure, intelligent utility for the enterprise sector. Singtel Named 2026 APAC Company of the Year for 5G Enterprise Growth

The accolade follows a rigorous evaluation of Singtel’s strategic execution and its capacity to meet complex industrial demands. According to Mei Lee Quah, Senior Director of ICT Research at Frost & Sullivan, the company successfully transitioned 5G beyond basic connectivity, positioning it as an agile utility that combines network intelligence with flexible business frameworks.

Central to this growth is the deployment of Singtel CUBΣ, an orchestration platform that unifies 5G, cloud, and autonomous systems. By incorporating AI Studio, the platform enables agentic AI capabilities, supporting autonomous decision-making and predictive analytics for large-scale operations. Practical applications are already visible in environments like The GEAR by Kajima, where Singtel’s dedicated campus network facilitates real-time control of autonomous machinery and robotics. Through its robotics-as-a-service model, the company has lowered financial barriers for enterprises, allowing for the adoption of sophisticated technology with predictable operational costs.
