The integration pushes system alerts, supporting evidence, and RCA summaries straight into designated channels. By following a machine-proposes-human-confirms model, Kosmos ensures that every correlation—whether derived from Salesforce cases, Jira code changes, or Datadog infrastructure logs—is verified by a team member before entering the official record. CEO Sanjay Gidwani emphasizes that the goal is to eliminate the need for teams to live in secondary dashboards, instead meeting them where conversations already occur.
Beyond the Slack rollout, Kosmos is launching a preview of Salesforce Error Monitoring. This feature captures internal execution signals like Flow failures and governor limit errors, translating them into the same observability language as the rest of the enterprise stack. By surfacing these errors alongside related customer cases and infrastructure incidents, the platform prevents critical data from vanishing into isolated tickets. Entrada CEO Trey Roldan noted that this capability provides teams with both earlier visibility into system failures and the necessary context to prevent recurring issues.
