Oliveri leaves behind a robust foundation for his successor. Under his leadership, Pavion grew into a powerhouse for integrated security, fire, and life safety solutions, now employing more than 2,500 people. The company currently serves 58 of the Fortune 100 and a significant portion of the world's largest hyperscalers. Moving forward, Bierer plans to focus on platform innovation, workforce development, and targeted acquisitions to maintain the company’s momentum as a premier integration partner.
